Outdoor Paving in Bergamo:
FAST BASE, Colosseo Bressa And Museo Ardesia Nera

In 2026, in Trescore Balneario, in the province of Bergamo, an outdoor paving project was completed using FAST BASE as the support system and a selection of Sintered Stone slabs designed to create a technical, clean and contemporary outdoor area.

The project involved a residential outdoor space with large surfaces, functional walkways, technical areas and connections between different architectural volumes. The installation with FAST BASE made it possible to create a stable and draining base, ideal for supporting large-format slabs and maintaining a precise, continuous and well-organised surface.

The paving was created with Colosseo Bressa in the 120x120x2 cm format, with elements in the 120×240 cm format, combined with Pietra di Gerusalemme and Museo Ardesia Nera. The alternation between neutral shades, grey surfaces and dark details creates a sober, elegant and defined architectural design. The large slabs enhance the linearity of the space, while the darker inserts highlight walkways, drainage grates and technical zones with a precise graphic effect.

From an aesthetic point of view, the project is based on a very contemporary balance: mineral surfaces, large formats, stone-effect textures and controlled colour contrasts. Colosseo Bressa brings continuity and brightness, Pietra di Gerusalemme adds a natural and textured appearance, while Museo Ardesia Nera introduces visual depth and character. The result is a modern, clean and architecturally coherent outdoor paving.

Thanks to FAST BASE, the installation of the Sintered Stone slabs is more orderly and accurate. The system allows the paving to be laid on a stable base, reducing traditional groundwork and simplifying the management of outdoor surfaces. In a project with large-format slabs, technical grates and multiple connections, this becomes essential to achieve a uniform and functional outdoor paving.

The final result is an elegant, resistant and well-integrated outdoor area. The combination of FAST BASE, Colosseo Bressa, Pietra di Gerusalemme and Museo Ardesia Nera enhances the space with a contemporary language, where aesthetics, stability and installation precision work together.
